It may take us up to 5 business days to prepare your order and verify the authenticity of all items. We source all products directly from our verified suppliers and thoroughly inspect each item to ensure you receive only genuine products.

Shipping & Delivery

After verification, we will carefully pack and ship your order, providing you with a tracking number via email.

International Shipping: 8-15 business days, depending on various factors such as weather conditions, courier traffic, and potential customs inspections for international shipments (approximately 1-2% chance of delays due to customs).

Philippines Domestic Shipping:

• Metro Manila: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM
• Provincial areas: 3-5 business days

When delays occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues, these situations are beyond our control. By placing an order with EVERYLUXE TOYS, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of shipping, especially for international orders. In cases of significant delays, we can provide future discount codes and may offer partial refunds after a claim has been filed and resolved with our shipping partners (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).
